Labor only, floating click-lock or glue-down. Most common is LVP with a floating floor system.

• Subfloor repair or leveling (+$1.00–$3.00 per sq. ft. if needed)
• Removal of old flooring (+$0.75–$1.50 per sq. ft.)
• Moisture barrier (concrete slabs — +$0.50–$1.00 per sq. ft.)
• Stair installation (quoted separately)
• Baseboard or quarter-round install (optional add-on)

1-year workmanship warranty on installation. Vinyl material warranty honored if installed to manufacturer spec. No coverage for water damage from leaks or appliance failure. Care sheet provided (cleaning, furniture pad tips, etc.).

Floating LVP (click-lock, easier, faster install). Glue-down LVP or LVT (requires subfloor adhesive + prep). Subfloor condition (level, clean, moisture-free). Transitions, door trims, and cut-outs Layout complexity (kitchens, closets, angled cuts, stairs).
