Terms and Conditions

1. Services Handyman Buddy LLC provides general repair, maintenance, and assembly services. We operate within the scope of Florida’s handyman regulations.

2. Deposits and Payment

• Deposit: For all projects, a non-refundable deposit of 30% to 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your appointment and cover initial material costs.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.
• Late Fees: Payments not received within 24 hours of completion may be subject to late fees.

3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit or a service call fee.

4. Access and Safety The client must provide safe access to the work area. An adult (18+) must be present for the duration of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability Handyman Buddy LLC is not liable for pre-existing structural issues or hidden defects. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
