By hiring Handyman Buddy LLC or requesting services through our website or by phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Handyman Buddy LLC provides general handyman and home maintenance services in Palm Beach County, Florida. All services are performed without a contractor's license and are limited to work that does not require permits or licensed trade work under Florida law.

Handyman Buddy LLC primarily operates on a flat-rate basis. For most standard services (TV mounting, fixture installation, furniture assembly, drywall repair, and similar jobs), you will receive a fixed, all-inclusive price for the agreed-upon scope of work before booking. There are no hidden labor hours or surprise charges for flat-rate jobs.

Hourly / Time & Materials Option: For certain jobs that cannot be reasonably scoped in advance — including diagnostic work, multi-task "punch lists," or projects with an undefined or open-ended scope — service may instead be billed on a time & materials basis. In these cases:

• A service call minimum of $85 applies (covers the first hour of labor)
• Additional time is billed at $75 per hour
• Whether a job qualifies for flat-rate or hourly pricing will be communicated to you clearly before the appointment is confirmed
• All estimates, flat-rate or hourly, are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of quoting
• Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work changes materially once on-site (you will be notified before any additional work begins)
• Material costs are not included in labor pricing unless explicitly stated in writing

To secure a dedicated time slot on our schedule, a $30 non-refundable reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is 100% credited toward your final service invoice upon job completion.

A valid credit or debit card must be securely registered on file (via Stripe) prior to dispatch. By completing the booking, you authorize Handyman Buddy LLC to automatically charge the remaining balance to this card immediately upon job completion (for flat-rate jobs) or upon confirmation of hours worked (for hourly jobs).

Clients are encouraged to provide their own fixtures and materials (faucets, TV mounts, fans, etc.) whenever possible. If a technician is required to source and pick up unexpected parts during the job, a standard $45 Material Procurement Fee will apply, plus the exact cost of the materials.

• The client must provide accurate information about the work required
• The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area
• If the client supplies materials, they are responsible for ensuring materials are correct, adequate, and undamaged
• The client must be present or designate a responsible adult (18+) during service

Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the $30 reservation deposit to cover schedule disruption.

Remaining balances (beyond the deposit) are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection action.

Handyman Buddy LLC carries general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues that arise from client-supplied materials. This also includes failures of adjacent or connected existing components not replaced as part of the scope of work (e.g., old wiring, piping, fixtures, or structural elements) that were not part of the agreed job.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of labor, contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional labor cost.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
