We do not offer refunds for completed labor. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work performed, please contact us within 7 days of service. We will return to assess and correct the issue at no additional labor charge.
If Handyman Buddy LLC purchased materials on your behalf and the job was not completed or materials were not used, we will return unused materials or provide a receipt for reimbursement.
We are not responsible for refunds on client-supplied materials that are defective, incorrect, or damaged prior to installation.
If you were overcharged due to a billing error, we will issue a full refund of the overcharged amount within 5 business days via the original payment method.
If you have a concern about a charge or the quality of service, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
